Payment methods accepted by the Company may include cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment options. Modifications and Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any service, itinerary, or booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. By submitting content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.

a. The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service in question.

b. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zanzibar.
